Support Engineer – Student

We are looking for a student to join our Digital Society team as a Support Engineer. In this role, you’ll provide technical support to users, help resolve issues, and contribute to improving support processes. You’ll be contributing to large-scale national digital systems that support key sectors like healthcare.

Location: Zagreb

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing technical support to customers via email, phone, and chat channels
  • Documenting support cases and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Assisting in creating and updating knowledge base articles and documentation
  • Continuously learning and staying updated on product features, updates, and industry best practices

We are looking for: 

  • A student at a technical university (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications

Would be considered a plus: 

  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support
