Our Network Intelligence and Automation team is looking for an ambitious and innovative Solution Architect to design high-quality, scalable technical solutions for our global customers. You will work in an agile environment, closely collaborating with Development Teams, Software Architects, Agile Leads, Digital Product Owners, and Operations Teams to define and implement robust architectures throughout the software development lifecycle.
Location: Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Osijek
What you’ll be doing:
- Design and define end-to-end technical architectures and solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices
- Analyze requirements, create detailed technical designs, select appropriate technologies, and document architecture decisions
- Lead the architectural aspects of development, ensuring scalability, security, performance, maintainability, and integration in microservices and event-driven systems
- Collaborate with development teams to guide implementation, review designs, and drive adoption of modern patterns and cloud-native practices
- Drive continuous improvements in architecture, processes, and technical excellence within the team and across projects
We are looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience as a solution architect or senior developer in designing complex systems
- Deep expertise with .NET, including ASP.NET Core
- Experience with React (including TypeScript) for frontend integration
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS (ECS, EKS)
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience designing and implementing microservices and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with messaging systems like RabbitMQ
- Knowledge of authentication/authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT)
- Experience with caching solutions like Redis
- Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (GitLab preferred)
- Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Would be considered a plus:
- Experience with full AWS ecosystem services beyond ECS/EKS
- Knowledge of additional cloud platforms or hybrid environments
- Leadership in architectural reviews or mentoring junior team members
