We are currently looking for a Scrum Master (M/F) to join our growing team and help us build high-quality software solutions that are used worldwide.
Location: Zagreb, Rijeka, Split
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Support the team in removing obstacles and staying focused on delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog
- Encourage continuous improvement and team ownership
- Monitor team performance and support delivery planning
Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM or equivalent)
- Background in software development
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
Considered a plus:
- SAFe certification (e.g. SAFe Scrum Master)
- Experience working in scaled agile environments (e.g. SAFe, LeSS)
- Familiarity with agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Experience in telecom or related technical domains
- Experience supporting multiple teams
