Our Network Intelligence and Automation team designs, develops, and maintains software solutions for telecommunication operators around the world. We work on applications that support critical business processes and large scale systems. We are currently looking for a motivated Python Developer who enjoys working on complex systems, is curious about modern technologies, and wants to grow in a technically strong and supportive team.
Location: Zagreb, Osijek, Split, Rijeka
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and maintaining Python-based applications and services
- Collaborating with team members and stakeholders on solution design and implementation
- Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing within the team
- Supporting and improving existing systems in production environments
We are looking for:
- Good knowledge of Python and object-oriented programming concepts
- Experience with relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL is a plus)
- Familiarity with Git and basic development workflows
- Understanding of REST APIs and Linux environments
- Basic knowledge of software testing practices
- Proactive mindset, good communication skills, and willingness to learn
Would be considered a plus:
- Experience with Docker or container-based solutions
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Experience with tools such as Postman, pgAdmin, or similar
- Knowledge of cloud platforms or microservices architectures
