The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) (M/F) plays a key role in supporting Product Managers at the portfolio level by defining, managing, and executing product marketing strategies. Working closely with Product Management,  Marketing and Communications, Business Development, and Sales teams, the PMM contributes to the generation of leads and opportunities related to ENT’s product offerings. The role collaborates with the Head of Portfolio to ensure alignment and consistency in the execution of ENT’s product strategies.

Locations: Zagreb/Split/Osijek/Rijeka/Mostar/Sarajevo 

Responsibilities 

  • Developing and executing marketing plans and go-to market strategies for products within the ENT portfolio, translating these into successful programs and campaigns 
  • Crafting clear and compelling messages, demonstrating customer value, and testing messages with external stakeholders as needed 
  • Driving the planning and execution of marketing launches, focus on time-to-market 
  • Ensuring successful representation at events and leading the creation of demos 
  • Developing key assets, content, and proof points for thought leadership, demand generation, and sales enablement through channels such as web pages, news releases, social media, and industry analyst communications 
  • Collaborating closely with product management to maintain visibility of marketing elements throughout the product lifecycle 
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external agency partners  
  • Planning and managing engagement activities for target audiences 

Requirements 

  • Minimum of 7 years experience as a (Digital) Product Marketing Manager in IT industry. 
  • Experience working in an international company. 
  • Proven track record in managing and executing marketing strategies, developing new lines of business and organizational design 
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional European language 
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or IT  
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for engaing stakeholders and presenting complex ideas, experience and practical skills in change management or digital transformation projects 
  • Experience with data analysis tools, CRM systems and marketing automation tools 
  • Experience in sustainability or healthcare verticals is an advantage  
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into functionality requirements
