Legal Affairs is a trusted partner to the business, providing comprehensive end to end legal support across the organization, from day-to-day advisory to complex strategic initiatives. Our team drafts, reviews, and negotiates a wide range of commercial and other agreements, ensures compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, and proactively manages legal risk through clear and practical guidance. We also support corporate governance processes and contribute to solutions that enable business growth while protecting the company’s interests.

We are currently looking to strengthen our team with two roles:

  • Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts
  • Legal Counsel – Commercial and Sourcing Contracts

The Commercial Contracts Counsel will focus exclusively on supporting the company’s sales activities and therefore requires a strong and proven background in sales related legal support.

The Commercial and Sourcing Contracts Counsel will provide legal support for both sales and procurement activities across the business and therefore requires versatility across the full contract lifecycle.

For both positions, we are seeking candidates with demonstrated expertise, hands on experience, and a strong interest in commercial contracts related to the sale or procurement of technology solutions, software, IT services, and communication infrastructure.

In these roles, you will provide legal support for business activities in Croatia and international markets, covering the entire project lifecycle – from project preparation, through drafting and negotiating contracts, to delivering ongoing legal guidance throughout contract execution.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide legal support for sales activities, with emphasis on technology solution agreements, IT project contracts and contracts for the build out of communications infrastructure, covering the full contract lifecycle
  • Support compliance with internal policies and all applicable external laws and regulations
  • Review, analyze and draft legal documents, including commercial contracts and related documentation
  • Lead contract negotiations in line with company policies, internal directives and relevant legislation
  • Advise and guide internal stakeholders on contractual, regulatory and other legal matters
  • Provide additional legal support as needed to help achieve ENT business objectives and operational requirements
  • The Legal Counsel, who will also support sourcing-related activities, will provide legal assistance across all company procurement matters, including the acquisition of goods and services required for internal operations as well as acquisition of items purchased for resale or for incorporation into larger-scale projects

We are looking for:

  • A university degree in law
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience with a strong focus on sales and/or procurement contracts for technology solutions  
  • Fluency in Croatian and English
  • Strong end-to-end contract expertise, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising throughout the entire contract lifecycle
  • Solid understanding of Intellectual Property Rights and their application in commercial technology agreements
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and practical, business-focused legal advice
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach

Would be considered a plus:

  • Completed bar exam
