We are looking for a Junior Business Controller to join our Business Controlling team and gain hands-on experience in business analytics, planning, reporting, and performance monitoring. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand the connection between business decisions, financial results, and value creation within a leading technology company.

What you’ll be doing
- Participate in the preparation of business and financial analysis
- Monitor and analyze business performance, identifying key trends and deviations
- Support planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Prepare reports and analytical insights for management decision-making
- Collaborate with various organizational units and business functions across the company
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and business analytics
- Develop practical knowledge of Business Controlling through mentorship and close cooperation with experienced professionals
We are looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, with a strong focus on Excel
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in working with data
- Proactive and responsible approach to work
- Eagerness to learn and continuously develop professionally
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Would be considered a plus
- Student work experience, or academic projects related to finance, analytics, or controlling
