Our Network Intelligence and Automation team is looking for an ambitious and innovative Java developer, who will contribute to create a customer’s solution in the building phase of the software development lifecycle. You will work in an agile environment and closely co-operate with the Solution Architects, Agile Leads, Digital Product Owners and Applications Operations Team.
Location: Zagreb, Split, Rijeka, Osijek
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
- Ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and developing effective solutions
We are looking for:
- Several years of experience in Java (version 21+) development
- Knowledge of design and integration patterns
- Proficiency with Spring and Spring Boot
- Understanding of REST APIs and microservice architectures
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience with version control system (GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Proactive mindset
Would be considered a plus:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with Snowflake
- Familiarity with generative AI tools
