The HR BOARDROOM conference, organized by Poslovni dnevnik, is intended for key decision makers in the field of human resources who shape the strategic direction of their organizations. The event focuses on the exchange of best operational practices and tools. This year’s program opened a series of strategic questions that are already redefining the labor market and the way organizations operate, such as: How will artificial intelligence transform jobs and roles within organizations? Is our society and labor market ready for full pay transparency? Will the chronic shortage of labor permanently change the structure of Croatian economy? The conference also addressed issues of responsibility and leadership in a modern work environment characterized by the use of advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence.
