We are looking for an:

Account Manager (M/F)

The purpose of the role is to secure short and long-term profitable business for ENTG through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations, and objectives.

Work location: Zagreb

This role requires you to:

  • Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Manage accounts of all sizes by representing your team externally when working with clients and internally by working with direct reports and supporting positions
  • Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective e2e solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations
  • Primarily be responsible for increasing revenue and market share in pre-defined area(s)
  • Work closely with our business development, engagement practice and marketing department to analyze the market, develop and implement the strategy for our new business opportunities and help our customers transform and digitalize their business

To be successful, you must be able to develop both internal and external relations and actively contribute to making customers and Ericsson Nikola Tesla successful.

Key responsibilities:

  • build strong client relationships to maintain current and acquire new customers through converting business leads into sales opportunities and deals;
  • develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, and negotiate contracts;
  • execute account penetration strategies and customer engagement plans;
  • establish trusted relations with clients and partners, build and maintain relationships with senior C-level stakeholders;
  • lead complex and multiskilled teams through the whole sales process;
  • develop, promote, and understand ENTG solutions and value propositions, current issues, trends, and opportunities.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in introducing ICT solutions to business verticals stated above
  • Record of accomplishment in developing large and complex digital transformation opportunities in the market
  • Excellent understanding of the digitalization of complex systems, market opportunities and trends
  • Ability to translate business opportunities into solution landscapes and articulate them to customers as well as internally
  • Ability to work on a business and ethics acceptable level in tense situations and under pressure as well as in conflict situations with demanding clients
  • Strong leadership capabilities, customer and business results oriented, excellent negotiation and entrepreneurial skills
  • Self-initiative, self-organized, resourceful, and creative
  • Readiness to travel abroad
  • University degree (preferably Economics/Business/IT)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Advanced knowledge of work with PC (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)

Not mandatory, but a plus: 

  • Working knowledge with other sales tools and resources: Salesforce™, SalesOne
  • Driving licence B category
