Siniša Krajnović featured on the Business Leader of the Year podcast

Siniša Krajnović, PhD, President of the Management Board of Ericsson Nikola Tesla, appeared as a guest in the first episode of the Business Leader of the Year podcast. The interview was prompted by his nomination for Business Leader of the Year in the traditional awards program organized by Večernji list and Poslovni dnevnik. During the interview, he reflected on his first year at the helm of the company, ENT’s business results and future development as well as the experience he gained throughout his international career.
Speaking about the past year, he highlighted the quality, knowledge and potential of ENT’s people and the importance of speed, decisiveness and reliability, which also form the foundation of the ENT2030 strategy. He sees people and their knowledge as one of the key foundations of the company’s successful business performance and continued development.
He also discussed the areas with the greatest growth potential, ranging from telecommunications and the export of Croatian expertise to digital transformation and mission-critical systems. He spoke about software development and the transformation driven by artificial intelligence as well as the importance of strengthening cooperation between the business and academic communities to enhance Croatia’s competitiveness.
