Siniša Krajnović and Jelena Jurišić on how AI is transforming products, processes and software development

Ahead of this year’s ENT Technology Days, where artificial intelligence will be among the key topics, Siniša Krajnović, PhD, President of the Management Board of Ericsson Nikola Tesla, and Jelena Jurišić, Director of Technology of the ENT Group, share their perspectives on AI transformation with ICTbusiness.

The focus is on the development of new customer solutions, the enhancement of internal processes and the transformation of software development using AI. Particular attention is paid to the role of specialized AI agents that are integrated into various stages of the software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation, testing and verification, while maintaining human oversight and accountability at critical points in the process.
