Saša Vojvodić, Service Business Area Manager at ENT, presented the Digital Innovation and Transformation (DIT) bootcamps developed within the EDIH Adria project using examples from various industry sectors. These structured workshops support companies and public institutions in identifying digitalization needs and defining concrete transformation projects. The solutions showcased are already in practical use: from artificial intelligence in radiology and waiting‑list management, to traffic‑flow analytics, smart energy management, public‑administration digitalization and the application of AI in industrial production. This approach enables a faster transition from concept to implementation and supports the development of sustainable digital solutions.
