Onco:Innovate – AI in the fight against cancer

The multidisciplinary conference Onco:Innovate was held recently and it represents a hybrid of traditional oncology symposia and contemporary startup events
Onco:Innovate, organized as part of the Vienna Up Startup Festival, was an opportunity to share knowledge, network and present the EDIH AI4Health.Cro project in which our company takes part, and which is focused on the use of AI in medicine.
Mario Ravić, IoT & Digital Health Manager at Ericsson Nikola Tesla, participated in the panel discussion AI & Cancer Care. The discussion was related to the current state of AI implementation in medicine, the obstacles technology encounters, and the potential for improving healthcare systems. The work done as part of the AI4Health.Cro project was presented through three more lectures, demonstrating the value of the project for the healthcare community and companies that want to develop AI solutions in healthcare.
