On Innovation in ENT at Game Changer 4.0

At the Game Changer 4.0 conference held in Zagreb this October, Ivan Lupić, ENT’s Head of Business Development in New Areas, participated in a discussion at one of the panels.

Game Changer is a conference that brings together representatives of the tech community from various fields, including startups, corporate representatives, the creative industry, and students. Attendees had the opportunity to explore technological innovation across five content-themed halls: Gamification, AI and Digital Transformation, eCommerce, Web3, and the Startup Scene.

Within the AI and Digital Transformation conference track, Ivan Lupić took part in an innovation focused panel discussion entitled “FROM IDEAS TO IMPACT: HOW GAME CHANGERS INNOVATE IN THE DIGITAL AGE“.

“Innovation at ENT doesn’t follow a strictly top-down approach — we encourage all employees to innovate. Some of these innovations are used in our company operations, but most are solutions that we create in response to our customers’ needs,” said Ivan Lupić, adding: “Innovation and agility are key characteristics of the sector in which ENT operates.
