Notification of disposal of own shares

On October 30, 2026, Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. (“the Company”), with headquarters in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, disposed of 15 own shares, representing 0.001% of the Company’s share capital.
The purpose of the disposal is the distribution of shares to employees under the Award Programs.
Following the above disposal, the Company owns 16,622 treasury shares, representing 1.25% of the Company’s share capital.
