Notification of disposal of own shares

On October 15, 2026, Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. (“the Company”), with headquarters in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, disposed of 50 own shares, representing 0.004% of the Company’s share capital, and on October 20, 2026, an additional 1,285 own shares, representing 0.1% of the Company’s share capital.
The purpose of the disposal is the distribution of shares to employees under the Award Programs.
Following the above disposals, the Company owns 16,637 treasury shares, representing 1.25% of the Company’s share capital.
