MBF 2026: The future of business and leadership in the era of artificial intelligence

At this year’s Master Business Forum (MBF) 2026, a panel discussion titled Leadership in the Era of Artificial Intelligence: How to Lead Organizations Through Technological Transformation was held, featuring Siniša Krajnović, PhD, President of the Management Board of Ericsson Nikola Tesla. Joining him on the panel were leaders from technology and other industries significantly shaped by the changes brought about by digitalization and artificial intelligence: Goran Kovačević (Infinum), Nikola Dujmović (Span), Ivana Krajinović (Večernji list) and Dejan Turk (A1 Hrvatska / A1 Slovenija). The discussion was moderated by leadership and communications consultant Ana Šimunović.

The panel focused on the changes that artificial intelligence and accelerated technological transformation are bringing to business models, organizational structures, ways of working and the competencies required for the future. The participants emphasized that the key challenge for organizations is not only the adoption of new technologies, but also the ability of leaders to successfully guide people and entire organizations through change.

Particular emphasis was placed on developing an organizational culture that embraces change, continuous learning and the strengthening of employees’ new competencies. The participants discussed how to foster innovation while simultaneously building employee trust and engagement, and how to ensure that organizations remain focused on delivering business results even during periods of intense change.

By participating in the panel discussion, Siniša Krajnović joined the dialog on one of the most important topics in today’s business environment and presented the perspective of a company that has been actively contributing to the development of advanced ICT solutions and the digital transformation of society for decades.
