Ericsson Nikola Tesla is further strengthening its technological direction and introducing a new function within the company’s executive management. Appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ENT Group as of 1 April, Jelena Jurišić will be at the helm of technology strategy, innovation and development of advanced digital platforms. This appointment confirms the company’s ambition to remain a leader in technological development and digital transformation in Croatia and beyond.
Jelena Jurišić began her career at ENT in 2006 and has extensive experience in the ICT sector, as well as exceptional expertise in developing digital solutions and leading major national digital transformation projects.
Jelena has led multidisciplinary teams of architects, analysts and technical experts, designed complex information systems, and managed digitalization projects across key segments of public administration, from justice and land administration to tourism, education and culture. Under her leadership, the portfolio of national digital transformation projects has been shaped with a focus on long-term technological planning and sustainable development of digital services.
She is recognized for her ability to connect technological excellence with strategic management, clearly communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, and navigate multinational environments and partnerships.
