Gordana Kovačević awarded the Golden Marten Award of the Croatian Chamber of Economy for Lifetime Achievement

At the 29th Golden Marten (Zlatna kuna) ceremony held yesterday, the Croatian Chamber of Economy awarded recognitions to the most successful companies and individuals for excellence in business and contribution to the Croatian economy.

The Golden Marten for Lifetime Achievement was awarded to Gordana Kovačević, President of the Management Board of Ericsson Nikola Tesla, the largest ICT company in Croatia and the region. 

In her speech at the award ceremony, Gordana Kovačević stated: “It is an exceptional honor to receive a lifetime achievement award. I am deeply thankful and proud. This award is not only a recognition of my professional work, but a confirmation of the values​ that I have striven to live by and build throughout my entire business journey: responsibility, excellence, innovation, integrity and, above all, trust and care for people.”

Mrs. Kovačević thanked the Croatian Chamber of Economy for the recognition, all her colleagues, associates, customers and partners for their support, and her family, whose understanding and love are of immense importance to her.

“I want this award to be a reminder that a true leader leaves a strong mark and impact not only through financial results, transformations and innovations, but also through the people they have shaped, empowered and developed during their shared journey,” concluded Gordana Kovačević.
