Ericsson Nikola Tesla won two awards at Best Employer Brand Awards Adria 2025

At the Best Employer Brand Awards Adria 2025 ceremony, held on Thursday in Zagreb, Ericsson Nikola Tesla won two awards: for the best employer brand in the technology sector and for the best student program, which further confirmed ENT’s status as one of the leading employers in the region.

It is the largest regional project in the field of employer branding, which yet again brought together the best projects and practices of employers from seven countries in the region. The awards are given based on activities carried out during the year, taking into account their reach, sustainability and impact on employees, candidates and the wider community.

Ericsson Nikola Tesla received the award for Best Employer Brand in the technology sector for its extensive company rebranding, which clearly defined its contemporary identity and strategic direction. The new brand, with the slogan Enlightening New Technologies, emphasizes the connection between technological excellence, innovation and social responsibility. A strong focus on people as the key driving force is also reflected in our motto Bright minds creating a brighter future.

The award for the best student program was given to the Ericsson Nikola Tesla Summer Camp program, which has been running since 2001. This is one of the longest-running and most comprehensive student programs in the ICT sector in the region, in which more than 1,100 students have participated to date, and more than half of them have continued their careers at ENT. The program enables students to work on real projects with the mentoring of experienced experts and the use of advanced technologies, which actively connects the academic community and industry.

This is what we promote and live by,” emphasized Antonija Lončar, ENT’s Director of Marketing, Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility when accepting the awards.

The Best Employer Brand Adria program aims to highlight, share and evaluate good practices in the field of developing people and working conditions, and the organizers point out that such initiatives contribute to raising the standards of work experience and employee satisfaction.
