Ericsson Nikola Tesla wins The Best in Compliance award

At this conference held in Zagreb under the motto Compliance in the Age of Change, it was concluded that Croatian companies have made significant progress in recent years in the area of compliance with the highest business standards. This step forward comes at a crucial time, given that Croatia will become a member of the OECD next year.

Experts from the wider region exchanged valuable experiences and learned about the latest trends, tools and strategies for successful compliance management. As part of the conference, awards were presented to companies that are leaders in quality practices and compliance programs, as an additional boost to the domestic economy.

Ericsson Nikola Tesla won the prestigious award The Best in Compliance in the category Best Third-Party Compliance Program. The Finance, Strategic Sourcing and Commercial Management Unit team, responsible for the successful implementation of the program, received the award: Ela Pavičić Sapor, compliance champion, Natacha Kocovski, compliance champion and Lidija Pintek, sourcing compliance officer, with great support from Darko Dumbović, our Compliance Officer. This is recognition for a systematic approach to compliance and teamwork that resulted in successful implementation as early as 2018 and constant improvement of elements of the ENT Group Compliance Program through everyday work.
