Ericsson Nikola Tesla at DOVIK 2025

The Open Doors Day and Career Day (DOVIK) at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology Osijek (FERIT) again brought together numerous students, professors and representatives of tech companies. This year, our company participated with the aim of bringing the world of modern technologies and career opportunities we offer closer to students.

At our stand, FERIT students had the opportunity to learn about the areas of work within the company, talk to our engineers, and learn more about current projects, technologies, and career development opportunities. Along with lots of information and useful advice for students, the ENT quiz was again available at our stand and students could win symbolic prizes. Students showed great interest, which confirmed that DOVIK continues to be one of the most important meeting places for future experts and employers in the region.

In addition to the activities at the stand, our already traditional lecture Students for Students was held this year by Leo Tumbas, a former student and now an employee of ENT. In his presentation, Leo shared his own experience of student work in the company, talked about the path from the first contact to involvement in specific projects, and brought the students closer to what it looks like to work in a dynamic technological environment. His lecture sparked a lot of interest among students, prompting questions, exchange of experiences, and discussion about the first steps in their careers.
