September 25, 2025

At the conference “IPO as an Opportunity for Long-Term Owners and Growth through the Capital Market”, jointly organized by Jutarnji list and the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa), Ericsson Nikola Tesla was awarded for the best compliance with the Corporate Governance Code in 2024 among companies listed on the regular market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

Held on September 24 in Zagreb, the conference brought together representatives from the financial and business sectors to discuss the potential and challenges of initial public offerings (IPOs). Opening remarks were delivered by Ante Žigman, President of Hanfa’s Board, Marko Primorac, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, and Marko Pavić, envoy of the Speaker of the Croatian Parliament.

Congratulating all awarded and nominated companies, as well as all industry colleagues who recognize corporate governance as an important part of business, Gordana Kovačević, President of the Management Board of Ericsson Nikola Tesla, expressed her gratitude for this valuable recognition and stated: “High-quality corporate governance is the foundation of long-term sustainability, trust, and success. At Ericsson Nikola Tesla, we firmly believe in this. For us, it is not just a set of rules and procedures – it reflects our organizational culture, values, and responsibility toward all stakeholders. Governance that is transparent, ethical, and strategically focused not only enables us to make sound decisions, manage risks, and build a resilient organization ready for the future – it is also the basis of the trust our employees, shareholders, partners, and the community place in us every day. This award is an additional motivator on our path to excellence in everything we do.”
