ENT recognized as the most successful ICT company according to sustainability criteria

Ericsson Nikola Tesla has received the sector sustainability award in the ICT category, presented as part of the Croatian Chamber of Economy conference Support Sustainability 2026. This recognition confirms the company’s long-term commitment to responsible business practices and the development of digital solutions that create value for customers, society and the environment. It also serves as an additional incentive to continue integrating technology, innovation and sustainability.
The topics of this year’s Support Sustainability conference, taking place in Zagreb on 9 and 10 September, focus on change management, the resilience of business models and sustainability as a framework for making better business decisions.
As part of the conference, the CEO-to-CEO panel discussion How to Manage Change in Times of Uncertainty was held, featuring Siniša Krajnović, PhD, President of the Management Board of Ericsson Nikola Tesla. In a discussion with Medeja Lončar, President of the Management Board of Siemens Croatia, moderated by Tomislav Radoš, PhD, Vice President of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, he emphasized the importance of strategic change management, continuous competency development, and the strategic and responsible application of artificial intelligence and digital technologies to strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of the economy.
During the Support Sustainability podcast, Siniša Krajnović, PhD shared his perspectives and experiences on leadership, people development and organizational culture, as well as the qualities required to successfully lead highly skilled teams and the leadership values and culture at Ericsson Nikola Tesla. He highlighted the importance of trust and delegated responsibility and also addressed the responsibilities companies have toward their employees, customers and the wider community. He further presented ENT’s approach to the application of artificial intelligence and shared his views on the position of Croatia and Europe within the global technological and economic landscape.
