ENT participated in Career Speed Dating at FER

Career Speed Dating is a combination of a speed date and an informational interview, jointly organized by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER) and student associations eSTUDENT and Starter. This year, the event was held for the 10th time, and brought together 25 companies divided into 5 thematic groups depending on their area of activity. Ericsson Nikola Tesla participated in the Embedded category again this year.

The concept of the event has remained the same: company representatives participate in short individual interviews with candidates, after which both parties give each other ratings. This format has proven to be extremely effective because it allows for quality introductions, exchange of expectations, and creation of a first professional impression in a relatively short amount of time.

As in previous years, we have met a large number of motivated and interesting candidates, with whom we will certainly establish some form of cooperation in the coming period, whether through student work, student internships, or a more long-term relationship under an employment contract.
