ENT at Job Fair 2026: Conversations about technology, careers and purpose‑driven projects

At this year’s edition of the Job Fair, one of the largest student career events in Croatia, during the course of two days, students had the opportunity to explore companies, technologies and career paths awaiting them after graduation. The event brought together more than 100 exhibitors from various industries, including Ericsson Nikola Tesla.
At the ENT booth, students engaged with our experts about career development opportunities, student programs, our Summer Camp and the projects we are working on in the areas of software development for mobile networks, digital society solutions and telecommunications technologies. A special highlight this year was the interactive ENT game, which attracted significant attention, further engaging visitors and contributing to a lively atmosphere throughout the event.
As part of the Job Fair’s extensive program, a panel titled “Working on Purpose-Driven Projects” was held, featuring our colleague Nikola Kurdija, Head of Network Development. The panel offered students insights into working on projects that have a real impact on society and users’ everyday lives, as well as the professional development opportunities within the technology industry.
As in previous years, participating in the Job Fair provided an opportunity to connect with students, exchange experiences and present the possibilities that Ericsson Nikola Tesla offers to young engineers and developers. The strong interest shown by students once again confirmed the importance of connecting academia and industry, as well as continuous investment in developing new generations of experts.
