Applications for 25th Anniversary Edition of ENT Summer Camp are open
May 4, 2026
A program that has welcomed more than a thousand students—and served as the first career step for many—is once again seeking a new generation of participants.
Ericsson Nikola Tesla has opened applications for the 25th anniversary edition of Summer Camp, one of the most renowned and longest-running student programs in the region. More than a thousand students have taken part so far, and for many, it marked the beginning of their professional journey.
The program is intended for final-year STEM students who want to move beyond theory and experience what it means to work on real-world projects. Instead of simulations and classroom assignments, participants work on solutions that address concrete industry needs.
Over the course of five weeks, students will work in teams under the mentorship of Ericsson Nikola Tesla experts, developing projects using technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), extended reality (XR), 5G and Big Data. The program takes place in Zagreb, Split and Osijek.
The ENT Summer Camp was launched in 2001 with the aim of connecting academia and industry, and its 25th edition now stands as one of Croatia’s key platforms for developing young engineers. Through this model, students gain the opportunity to apply their knowledge directly in practice and acquire experience that is often missing at the start of a career.
“Summer Camp is not just a student internship, it is a space where students work on concrete solutions and develop the skills they need for further professional growth. For many, it is also the beginning of their career,” said Andrej Grgurić, Director of Research and Innovation at Ericsson Nikola Tesla and Head of the program.
In addition to project work, participants will have the opportunity to attend expert workshops, develop technical and communication skills, and gain insight into working in an international environment.
The program will be held in two slots: from 13 to 24 July and from 25 August to 11 September 2026. Applications are open until 31 May.
Interested students can apply via the official Ericsson Nikola Tesla website.
