May 12, 2026
Andrej Grgurić, Director of Research and Innovation at Ericsson Nikola Tesla, appeared as a guest on HRT’s Studio 4, where he presented the 25th anniversary edition of the ENT Summer Camp.
He highlighted that, over the course of five weeks and with the support of mentors, students go through the entire development cycle: from ideation and design to implementation and the final presentation of their solutions before company experts. The projects cover the most relevant technological domains, including artificial intelligence, extended reality, 5G, IoT and data science. Throughout the program, participants gain insight into the company, its culture and its various business areas.
In addition to project work, students have the opportunity to attend workshops focused on developing soft skills, preparing for their first job interview and writing a CV, further enriching their overall experience. Grgurić emphasized that the Summer Camp has served as a launchpad for many careers, with a significant number of participants continuing their professional journey at ENT.
The program enables students to identify their interests and strengths through hands-on work and to gain a clearer understanding of their future career aspirations. Over the past 25 years, the ENT Summer Camp has become an important platform that has shaped the careers of more than a thousand students.
