AI brings major opportunities, but also a new level of responsibility

Artificial intelligence is increasingly transforming the way we work, develop products and services and approach business processes. In an interview with Financije.hr, our Jelena Jurišić, Director of Technology of the ENT Group, discussed how AI is applied at Ericsson Nikola Tesla, the development of AI agents and the opportunities and challenges arising from rapid technological development.
She pointed out that artificial intelligence is already one of the key drivers of technological and business transformation at ENT and is being applied in three key areas: software development, internal processes and the development of new products and services. She highlighted agentic software development as one of our most important advances in which AI agents already participate in various stages, from requirements analysis and design to implementation and testing, while experts retain responsibility for architecture, quality and key decisions.
The development of artificial intelligence goes beyond technological and business considerations, raising important questions related to ethics, security and responsibility. We have an opportunity to actively shape the future of AI, taking into account not only what is technologically possible, but also what creates genuine value for people and society.
