Proposal for dividend of HRK 82 per share

At the meeting held on April 23, 2021, Ericsson Nikola Tesla Supervisory Board and Managing Director made a joint proposal to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to adopt a decision regarding the dividend payment of HRK 82 per share.
Ericsson Nikola Tesla Annual General Meeting will be held on June 29, 2021. The shareholders who have the Company shares registered on their securities account in the Central Depository & Clearing Company on July 02, 2021 are entitled to dividend payment. Ex-dividend date is July 01, 2021.
