Proposal for dividend of HRK 90

At the Ericsson Nikola Tesla Supervisory Board and Managing Director meeting of March 23, 2017, it was proposed that at the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting the regular dividend payment to the amount of HRK 20 per share and extraordinary dividend to the amount of HRK 70 per share is adopted. Ericsson Nikola Tesla Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on June 6, 2017.
