Together with the traditional Summer Camp, Let’s Talk program is an additional step forward towards students, who see their professional journey in a stimulating and technologically challenging environment. Ericsson Nikola Tesla Research & Development Center, particularly the Radio Access Network Development Unit, each Friday has a tour of the company, open for students of the final year together with the testing of candidates.
Often, company holds presentations at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing with an aim to get students acquainted with the Company, jobs in R&D center and possible part-time jobs and employment. In 2015, fifty five students took that possibility, and as much as forty of them decided to take a job.
