Notification of acquisition of treasury shares

Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. („the Company“) with headquarter in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, hereby notify that it has acquired 576 own shares on Dec 1, 2014, and 100 own shares on Dec 3, 2014, which together represent 0.05% of the Company’s share capital.
After this acquisition, the total number of own shares amounts to 1,856 which represent 0.14% of the Company’s share capital.
