New record date for dividend

Pursuant to the Zagreb Stock Exchange rules, the shareholders who have the Company shares registered on their securities account in the Central Depository & Clearing Company on June 3, 2014, are entitled for the dividend payment in total amount of HRK 320 per share.
We would like to bring to your attention the change of the record date, compared to our previous practice. Pursuant to the Zagreb Stock Exchange rules, the shareholders who have the Company shares registered on their securities account in the Central Depository & Clearing Company on June 3, 2014, are entitled for the dividend payment in total amount of HRK 320 per share. Ex dividend date is May 30, 2014.
The dividend shall be paid on June 17, 2014.
