Notice of the Payment of Retained Tax and Surtax on Dividend

Since the dividend, which Ericsson Nikola Tesla paid to its Company Shareholders in June 2013, from 2003 and partly 2004 retained earnings; has still remained subjected to income tax and surtax regardless of the recent legal changes, the Company shall pay calculated tax and surtax to the Tax Administration account by the end of 2013.
