Notification of acquisition of own shares

Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. („the Company“) with headquarter in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, hereby notify that in the period from Nov 18 to Nov 20, 2013, it has acquired 1,455 own shares which represent 0.109% of the Company’s share capital.
After this acquisition, the total number of own shares amounts to 4,263 which represent 0.32% of the Company’s share capital.
