Notification of acquisition of treasury shares

Ericsson Nikola Tesla d.d. („the Company“) with headquarter in Zagreb, Krapinska 45, hereby notify that on September 24, it has acquired 525 own shares which represent 0.039% of the Company’s share capital.
After this acquisition, the total number of treasury shares amounts to 2,333 which represent 0.175% of the Company’s share capital.
