A new 800MHz license and an extraordinarily fast turnkey rollout by Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC) gave the Estonian operator EMT, belonging to the TeliaSonera group, the chance to expand to nationwide LTE (4G) coverage six months earlier than originally planned.
