Support Engineer – Student

We are looking for students to join the Digital Society’s team as Support Engineers. In this role, you’ll provide technical support to users, help resolve issues, and contribute to improving support processes. You’ll be contributing to large-scale national digital systems.

Location: Zagreb, Split, Rijeka

What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing technical support to customers via email, phone, and chat channels
  • Documenting support cases and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
  • Assisting in creating and updating knowledge base articles and documentation
  • Continuously learning and staying updated on product features, updates, and industry best practices
  • Growing your expertise through supported and funded certifications and professional courses.
  • Working in a safe‑to‑fail environment that embraces the latest industry methodologies and tools.
  • Collaborating and communicating within organized, empowered, and highly motivated agile/development teams.

We are looking for: 

  • A student at a technical university (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications

Would be considered a plus: 

  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support
