Location: Zagreb, Rijeka, Split, Osijek
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using tools like SSIS, Talend, Informatica, or custom SQL scripts
- Design and optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Integrate data from multiple sources including APIs, databases, and flat files
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data ingestion and transformation
- Build and maintain data models and data marts to support BI reporting
- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Implement data quality checks and validation routines
- Document ETL workflows and maintain version control
We are looking for:
- Hands-on experience with any relevant ETL tool (SSIS, Talend, Informatica, Apache NiFi, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue or GCP Dataflow)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Would be considered a plus:
- Experience with SAP data solutions
- Programming experience for data analysis
- Exposure to Snowflake
