We are looking for a Software Developer to join different R&D projects and play an important role in our innovative and dynamic environment. You will develop and verify software applications and platforms within development unit networks, contributing to cutting-edge 5G solutions and enhancing 4G products. Our products are globally deployed by operators like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Softbank, supporting millions of sites and billions of users.
Our team of nearly 1600 experts in Zagreb, Split, and Osijek collaborates daily with colleagues worldwide. We are involved in all phases of the development cycle, from requirement analysis to maintenance, using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

What you’ll be doing:
- Develop software on the on cutting-edge 5G networking devices used around the world
- Write clean, reliable, and testable code with quality in mind
- Document your work and learn through code reviews with your teammates
- Contribute to products built in large volumes—up to a million units
- Help design high-availability systems used globally
- Collaborate with experienced engineers in international teams
- Learn, grow, and have fun doing meaningful work
We are looking for:
Technical Expertise
Our teams rely on a broad range of technical skills in their daily work, with expected expertise levels varying by seniority and project needs.
- Expertise in software development using C, C++, Erlang, Java, Python, or Perl/Bash.
- Ability to develop software from customer requirements to delivery.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Capability to be part of a cross-functional team covering Systemization, Software Design, and Verification.
