Working closely with colleagues across functions and global markets, you’ll help solve complex pricing and business challenges while identifying opportunities to drive profitable growth. What you’ll be doing:
- Shape pricing strategies that drive profitable growth and market competitiveness.
- Transform customer needs into compelling value propositions, pricing models, and TCO analyses.
- Partner with sales, delivery, and commercial teams to develop winning customer offers.
- Lead pricing approvals for hardware, software, and services offerings, providing commercial guidance on profitability, cash flow, and risk.
- Support customer negotiations with strong commercial insights and value-based argumentation.
- Create commercial proposals and prepare pricing for customer offers and orders.
- Monitor market trends and benchmark pricing to identify optimization opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement and excellence in sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
We are looking for:
- A degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong negotiation and argumentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting customer expectations and delivering business outcomes.
Would be considered a plus:
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
