We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team responsible for Personal Data ProtectionAI compliance, and intellectual property rights (IPR). In this role, you will support the unit manager across these three areas.

Location: Zagreb

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing and maintaining documentation (policies, guidelines, templates, contracts, etc.).
  • Reviewing and advising on contracts and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting privacy and AI compliance assessments.
  • Handling internal and external queries and requests.
  • Contributing to a wide range of activities within the team.

We are looking for:

  • A legal professional with a university degree in Law.
  • Fluency in Croatian and English.
  • A reliable professional who values integrity and confidentiality.
  • A team player who values collaboration.

Would be considered a plus:

  • Previous experience (1–2 years) in a law firm or corporate setting.
  • Understanding of IT security fundamentals.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative.
