We are looking for Java Software Developers to join our Digital Society team! What you’ll be doing:
- Working with modern technologies including Java, Angular, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, and others used across our solutions.
- Contributing to large-scale national projects that leverage AI, AR/VR, big data, microservices, GIS, and ESB.
- Helping shape our business by developing products based on our own ideas, supported by an innovative culture and regular hackathons.
- Building solutions for complex IT ecosystems that have a real impact on people’s everyday lives.
- Growing your expertise through funded certification paths, learning programs, and continuous professional development.
- Working in a safe‑to‑fail environment where modern industry methodologies, tools, and best practices are the standard.
- Collaborating within agile development teams that value clear communication and teamwork.
We are looking for:
- A minimum of three years of experience in software development
- A strong Java background and solid knowledge of databases
- Hands-on experience with software build tools, version control, and continuous integration practices aimed at shortening development feedback loops
- A strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- Willingness to experiment, take risks, make mistakes, and learn from them
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to share knowledge and achievements to support colleagues and contribute to team success
