We are looking for students to join the Digital Society’s team as Java Software Developers. Over the years, we built several national digital systems covering health and land administration. Location: Zagreb, Split, Rijeka
What you’ll be doing:
- Contributing to the development, integration, testing, and documentation of modules that are part of big national projects.
- Working with modern technologies such as Java, Angular, Spring, PostgreSQL, Oracle, AI, ML, GIT, Docker, BI…
- Helping build the company’s business by contributing original ideas and innovative in‑house solutions.
- Creating products for complex IT systems that directly improve the quality of people’s lives.
- Growing your expertise through supported and funded certifications and professional courses.
- Working in a safe‑to‑fail environment that embraces the latest industry methodologies and tools.
- Collaborating and communicating within organized, empowered, and highly motivated agile/development teams.
We are looking for:
- Students enrolled at a technical university, studying computer science, engineering, or related fields

- strong determination and a commitment to continuous learning
- openness to experimentation and trying new approaches
- a collaborative spirit and willingness to work as part of a team
Would be considered a plus:
- Interest in trying new technologies or tools
- Curiosity about real‑world software development
- Any prior team‑based project experience
- Willingness to take initiative and suggest ideas
