Engineering Management Meetup
After the summer break, it’s time to get back to building: products, teams, engineering organizations and the community. On 10 September 2026, Ericsson Nikola Tesla will host the Engineering Management Meetup at its Zagreb campus, bringing together leading experts and engineering leaders from across the Croatian tech scene.
Back to Build is a special pop-up edition organized by Ericsson Nikola Tesla in partnership with the Engineering Management Meetup. This time, we’re taking the usual meetup format outdoors and moving it into our host’s courtyard. Expect two talks and a panel discussion, followed by an evening of networking, food, drinks and music.

KEYNOTE: Building an organization that scales
How can you build a technology organization that grows its business while continuously developing its people and a culture built for long-term success? Drawing on his experience leading a large technology organization in the global market, Siniša Krajnović will open the event with his perspective on leadership, people development and creating an environment where teams can grow, thrive and deliver results.

AI is no longer just an individual assistant. Agents are increasingly taking over entire tasks and parts of workflows. How does this change the way we organize and lead engineering teams? And as code production accelerates, where do the next bottlenecks emerge? This panel brings together perspectives from Rimac Technology, Ericsson Nikola Tesla and Infobip, as well as real-world experiences regarding AI agent autonomy, accountability and the evolving role of engineering leaders.
