To further address safety/security and customer support demands the MX-ONE solution includes Mitel Interaction Recording and support for Mitel Revolution or F24. Mitel Interaction Recording is a system for professional voice documentation, recording of audio and complementary metadata, paired with a powerful user interface for managing and using the stored media in an efficient manner.

Integrated Mitel Device & Applications

Mitel’s comprehensive phone portfolio – from standard office models to intrinsically safe DECT / SIP-DECT terminal handsets, combined with alarm/messaging applications – addresses many in-building/campus mobility needs and industries requiring custom-call handling control.

Through MiTeam Meeting, the MX-ONE users can establish various forms of web-based high-quality audio, video and collaboration meetings with persons within the company and with persons outside of the company.

For business users on the move, the MiCollab Mobile client included as part of the Standard UCC bundle, connects mobile devices directly to the MX-ONE as normal SIP users. For enhanced user experience, these apps for iOS and Android deliver a feature-rich user interface, corporate directory, presence and IM integration.

The Mitel CMG offers solutions to fully automate this process by integrating into a company’s calendar system and setting diversions or personal number routing profiles for a user, based on their calendar activities and line status. CMG inter-works with different systems from Microsoft, Google, IBM and Mobile providers line status.
