We have more than 15 years of experience in building the emergency 112 system in Croatia, Montenegro and BiH. In addition to competences in upgrading and adapting the platform to user needs and technological development, our experts are well acquainted with business processes and user needs.
Public safety includes the following:
- communication backbone built on state-of-the-art 4G and 5G technologies (solutions for Mission Critical Networks)
- platform for emergency services (112, police, ambulance, firefighters, etc.):
- communication with citizens: multimedia call center with support for eCall and Next Generation 112 services (NG112)
- integrated decision-making support system for operators and dispatchers
- integrated communication with people in the field (assigning tasks, updating status and location, receiving feedback, etc.)
