Platform for public discussion on broadband infrastructure development plan (sRAZUM)
sRAZUM is a platform for public discussion on the broadband infrastructure development plan and it enables collaboration and use of all the relevant information required for a public discussion. The collaboration module enables efficient cooperation of all the stakeholders involved, record of all the important dates for public discussion, direct communication using the system or e-mail, record of all the received objections to the broadband infrastructure development plan and document sharing.
sRAZUM shows all the spatial data that influence the preparation of the broadband infrastructure development plan along with the plan itself. This means that on the sRAZUM spatial platform, one can see the locations of the broadband infrastructure construction plan (routes, zones, etc.), locations of existing infrastructure facilities, position of streets and house numbers, locations of business entities, spatial plans, administrative divisions, statistical data for each municipality or city, settlement or other administrative division. Statistical data include the number of inhabitants in a certain area, the number of business entities, population density, etc.
